- Plant the Ollas in the hole so that the tip is buried
- Fill the Ollas with water and close the lid.
- Check the water level from time to time (between 4 and 7 days on average) and top up if necessary. If you choose a “matt slip” model, the color of the Ollas tells you if it still contains water.

The raw and matt models are frost-proof and guaranteed for 3 years against frost, so they can be used outdoors.
The “transparent enamel” models, due to their specific finish with old patina and enamel, are sensitive to frost. They are therefore not guaranteed against freezing and must be used indoors.

All colors are made from natural pigments.
The colors in RAW or "MATTE" finish (pink, green and blue) darken when the PIC olla is filled with water, allowing for visual control.
